Sarah Soto is an international Catholic speaker specializing in delivering the Good News in a relatable, and unforgettable way. Sarah dynamically speaks on a variety of topics from the Catholic perspective, including, but not limited to: Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body, dating, relationships, marriage, family, contraception, abortion, transgenderism, and more!
She frequently presents at events, conferences, parishes, schools, and retreats for teens, young adults, and families using personal anecdotes to underscore the importance of chastity and what it means to be made in the image and likeness of God. Sarah also leads educational formation seminars for adults on a variety of Catholic Church teachings.
Her experience as a chastity educator in public schools and as the director of a Theology of the Body program created for Belize, Central America has enabled her to address these essential concepts for diverse audiences.
A highly energetic and passionate speaker, Sarah’s mission is to inspire a faithful and zealous generation of Catholics that values the great gift and responsibility God has given humanity by creating us male and female.
In addition to her work as a speaker, Sarah is the host of A Life Lived Joyfully on Monday and Thursday afternoons at 4 pm central on the Guadalupe Radio Network. Sarah holds a Master’s in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary with a concentration in Moral Theology, and resides in Texas with her wonderful husband and their sweet son.
