Sarah Soto is an international Catholic speaker who brings the Good News to life in ways audiences can’t forget. She speaks dynamically on topics ranging from Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body to dating, relationships, marriage, family, and so much more, always connecting these teachings to everyday life in a relatable, inspiring way.
Sarah frequently presents at events, conferences, parishes, schools, and retreats using personal stories to illustrate the beauty and dignity of being made in the image and likeness of God. She has also led adult formation seminars, making Catholic teachings accessible and meaningful for diverse audiences.
Her experience as a chastity speaker in public schools and as the director of a Theology of the Body program in Belize, Central America, gives her the tools to engage audiences with clarity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
Known for her energy, passion, and sense of humor Sarah’s mission is to inspire a faithful and zealous generation of Catholics who cherish the gift of being created for communion with the Most Holy Trinity.
In addition to her speaking work, Sarah also hosted A Life Lived Joyfully on the Guadalupe Radio Network. She holds a Master’s in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary and resides in Texas with her St. Joseph of a husband and their sweet children.
